inXile entertainment is looking for an Art Outsourcing Producer with experience working with a variety of asset types and external art houses. In this role, you will collaborate with production and our internal Art team to help guide the content creation using multiple vendors across the globe. We are looking for someone to help expertly manage the communication, processes, and timeliness of our art outsourcing efforts. This position requires a driven, pro-active person with excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.  You will be part of one of the most experienced, talented game teams ever assembled!  If you are up for the challenge, our team would love to meet you.



  • Develop, maintain, and manage professional relationships with outsource partners.
  • Manage outsource projects in a timely and professional manner for creative leads to ensure high production value and to keep projects on schedule and budget.
  • Interface with Creative Leads and Production to ensure project creative goals are being communicated and achieved.
  • Work with our internal team(s) to ensure project milestones, QA and localization content specification needs are communicated and achieved.
  • Work with project Art Director and discipline Leads to determine reasonable time and resources necessary to complete projects and ensure the vision of the game is achieved.
  • Create and manage best outsourcing practices, establish effective pipelines for asset tracking and manage contractual obligations/expectations of deliveries and deadlines. 
  • Identify and remove development roadblocks and bottlenecks.
  • Be an integral part of delivering a top-quality game on time and on budget.



  • 3+ years of experience working in production where you have managed cross-functional teams/outsourcing groups in the delivery and support of content.
  • Proficiency with project management and version control software tools such as JIRA and Perforce.
  • A demonstrated understanding of various Production methodologies.
  • Experience and knowledge of content pipelines and dependencies.
  • Solid understanding of game development processes, limitations, dependencies, and trends.
  • Task driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Works well under deadline pressure.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience working on a first and\or third person game
  • Worked for an art outsource house
  • Art training (3D modeling, texturing, animation, 2D concepts)
  • Shipped AAA games
